There are absolutely zero negatives I can say about our experience with Kathy. We would not have closed on our house with someone else on our side, period. Kathy not only communicates exceptionally well, but she uses a fine touch with all parties involved (my wife and I, the Seller's agent, attorneys, etc.), and I think that was the primary difference maker that put us in a position to get our first house. For what it's worth, we did encounter a challenge with our original lender, and when it seemed as though our purchase was in jeopardy Kathy immediately introduced us to a new lender who got us a Clear to Close 6 days later. This was incredibly impressive and it saved our deal, and Kathy retained a sense of calm, control and protection at a time of great stress for us, her clients. This is a quality that I believe is reserved for only the most consummate professionals, which is what Kathy is. We have been bragging to others about how lucky we were to have found Kathy, and I will gladly refer others to her and her team whenever someone I know is interested in buying a home in the area.
